Claire de Quénetain Wallpaper
Claire de Quénetain is a French painter who studied fine art at ECAL in Lausanne and printed textiles at the Royal College of Art in London. Her work begins with gardens, including the Normandy garden and forest she grew up beside, and her loose, painterly marks capture their colour and movement. She also paints murals for restaurants and homes in London, Paris and Brussels. Her wallpapers bring that brushwork to whole walls, with soft florals, leafy vines and the odd animal tucked in. Look at Pia, Douce, Enchanted Leaves and Fresh Morning, each in several colourways.
